Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at thedailydesignerco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and an address.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund/replacement/store credit within 3 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly resolve the issue.
