- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund/replacement/store credit within 3 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly resolve the issue.
